The mysterious ticking sound is a short vidio about Harry,Ron,Snape,Dumbledore and Hermione. And it is very funny! The people who made it also made a song out of it. I like the part when they find the sound!I'm not going to tell you what the sound is so find out for yourself.

David Robert Jones

David Bowie is a singer. His birth name is David Robert Jones (I didn't know that).

He performs in the movie Labrynth and he is the Goblin King. Have you seen the movie yet?  He is a fantastic singer. Here is one of the songs from Labrynth it is called "Magic Dance".  What do you like about it?

"Let's Dance" is by David Bowie and is awesome. I like the song because of the lyrics "put on your red shoes and dance the blues". What do you like about it?

Club Penguin

At Club Penguin you can waddle around and meet friends, play games, get pets (Puffels)  and decorate your igloo. You shouldn't use your real name or personal true real information. If I Had a Million Dollars...

This is "If I Had a Million Dollars", by the Barenaked Ladies (CANADIAN) recommended by Fiona, a friend in my class.

My favorite part of the song is the last line:

 

"If I Had $1000000, If I Had $1000000

I'd be rich."

 

What would you do with  $1000000? I would give some to an orphanage and to my school and Fielding and then my class and our Fielding friends could meet up on a field trip. I would buy lots and lots and lots of books and my very own laptop. And I'll probably think of other things later.

Tri-hexaflexagon

Last night we made hexaflexagons, specifically tri-hexaflexagons. They are a bit confusing, but it works out in the end. A flexagon is a paper hexagon that has three sides (or faces), one side is inside the other two and you show it by squishing it together and opening it from the top (this is called flexing). Warning: try to do it before glueing to make sure you have it right.

Today I am bringing them into school to show my teacher. Maybe the whole class can do them sometime. Click on the links to learn how to make them:

 I suggest we do the three color one, before the six color one (me and my dad did the Hexa-hexaflexagons and it was tricky).

The Land Of Stories

Hello! If you are looking for a new book I suggest "The Land of Stories the Wishing Spell". It is a great story about 2 kids that go into the book "The Land of Stories" and meet all the fairy tales mixed together! The author is Chris Colfer (you might recognise him from glee). So that is all I will tell you, if you want to learn more get the book or look it up.
